Reserve is food a cook will prepare for a set collection day: order before their deadline and they cook it to order. Ready Now is food that is already made and ready to collect. Custom Order is something made just for you: you agree the details, price and time with the cook in the app first.
No. NeighbourPlate is collection only. You pick your meal up from the cook at the agreed time and place, which keeps it fresh and keeps things personal.
The price is whatever the cook sets. A NeighbourPlate service fee is added for paid orders, and we show it on the listing and again in your basket before you pay.
Check the allergen information on the listing, and use the "free from" filter to narrow your choices. If you have a severe allergy, message the cook and ask before you order. Don't rely on the app alone.
